When compared, it turned out that Vivo with Dimensity 9000 overtook all top smartphones
The GSMArena website announced a new speed record among Android smartphones in AnTuTu and Geekbench tests. The record was set by the Vivo smartphone, which has not yet been officially presented. It was recognized as a model from the Vivo X80 series (most likely Vivo X80 Pro). The gadget is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 5G chip that was introduced last year, with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB USF 3.1 storage.
In the AnTuTu test, the smartphone scored 1072221 points, in GeekBench 5 (test for one core) - 1248 points, and in GeekBench 5 (test for all cores) - 4191 points. By themselves, these numbers do not show how quickly the device will perform certain tasks, but they allow you to compare the speed of the gadget with other models.
In comparison, it turned out that Vivo with Dimensity 9000 overtook all top smartphones: Galaxy S22 Ultra with Exynos 2200 (introduced in January 2022), an unnamed smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (December 2021), and, of course, Vivo X70 Pro with a top chip MediaTek year-old Dimensity 1200.
